CAMPUS TOURS

Underrepresented students and families sometimes request a customized college tour experience. To meet this interest and unique community of applicants, TDIG created a custom tour package add-on. How it works? The student determines the dates and the colleges, using one of our pre-established packages, and TDIG does the rest!

This is a highly customized experience and an opportunity for a student and family to combine vacation with college visits.

It’s also a chance to support and empower a student’s agency and independence in the application process.

APPLICATION STRATEGY: PRE-COLLEGE/SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS, COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS

The application process when applying to pre-college summer enrichment programs, college/university admission (including graduate school and professional school) and scholarships can be complicated. It is one of the reasons so many students fail to win anything. The scholarship application process requires setting up a winning strategy as early as possible. Scholarship opportunity is often related to the character of the schools where students seek admission, the number of schools students apply to as an incoming student AND how students spend their summers throughout high school and college (if applying for grad school or professional school), and time in between college & grad school or professional school (if applicable). With this in mind, for students seeking college/university admission, we help students to thoughtfully craft a list of colleges/universities to apply for admission. We also establish a numerosity requirement for the number of schools where students must apply as a TDIG student.

We apply the same approach for high school and middle school students seeking admission to pre-college/summer enrichment programs.
